Application
In the first stage, a team of specialists responsible for the recruitment process, in cooperation with subject matter experts, preselects received applications based on key requirements for a given position.

Qualification interview
An HR department employee contacts the selected candidate to arrange a qualification interview. The interview focuses on the candidate’s experience and competencies. The meeting is an excellent opportunity to get to know the company better. Depending on the specifics of the position, the recruitment process may be enriched with additional selection methods, which are communicated to candidates in advance, such as psychometric and/or substantive tests.

Final interview
The decisive interview with a potential supervisor is the final stage of the recruitment process. The decision to hire a candidate is made after the final interviews with all individuals selected for this stage.

Start of work
After completing the recruitment process, all candidates invited to meetings receive feedback. Selected individuals are invited to sign a contract with our company.
