What is the KOBAT-SAD?
Telecommunications traffic analysis system
The KOBAT-SAD long-term analysis system is a comprehensive solution that supports and automates the implementation of processes related to telecommunications traffic analysis, development planning, and minimization of maintenance costs of the telecommunications network.
KOBAT-SAD collects and processes statistical data recorded by telecommunications network elements, in particular SS7 signaling traffic data and traffic measurement data – TDR (Traffic Data Record). On the basis of the acquired data, analyses, statistics and charts are created, depicting the current state of the network from the point of view of traffic engineering, anomalies occurring in the network (loops) and specific requirements of the operator. The historical data makes it possible to track trends, forecast link occupancy and plan the reorganization of the transmission network.

The KOBAT-SAD system is equipped with a telecommunications traffic routing analysis function. Spełnia ona zadania kontroli poprawności kierowania ruchu zgodnie z przyjętymi przez operatora zasadami. Zgromadzone dane analizowane są pod kątem wykrywania sytuacji nieprawidłowych takich jak np. zapętlenia ruchu, zerwane drogi połączeniowe itp.
System KOBAT-SAD umożliwia prowadzenie bazy klientów objętych umową SLA (monitorowanie poziomu świadczenia usług) oraz bazy klientów trudnodostępnych. Dodatkowo system pozwala na prowadzenie bazy punktów styku z innymi operatorami i szczegółową analizę ruchu międzyoperatorskiego.
