WASKO field service is a team of qualified and experienced specialists who provide support services for IT products and systems, as well as maintenance services throughout the country.

We have 15 service branches located in major Polish cities. Our specialists are on standby 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The broad field service includes care and service support for computers, servers, cash registers and fiscal printers and other equipment that is located at a given service point.

As part of the services by our specialists, all kinds of failures and defects are removed, and if necessary, replacement replacement equipment.

WASKO’s field service is based on local operations, that is, at the headquarters of the serviced company or at its branch. Our team, in addition to standard fault repair, also provides implementation services for the systems and solutions we provide, as well as consultation along with training for the employees of the serviced point.
